Easy Eggless Pasta Party: I will teach 2-3 different eggless doughs and different shapes for each dough type. Easy enough for one person to make for a family dinner or party, and easy enough to engage a group of friends to participate in the making of a pasta meal.
Villa Francesca is the pasta studio of Susan F. Raunig (a.k.a., Francesca): "I am committed to using traditional ingredients and old-fashioned culinary implements (human hands) for making pasta and I cherish my craft--a craft that I wish to preserve and share."
In 1993 and 2006, Susan learned the art and skills to become a pastaia ("pasta maker") in Bologna--the gastronomic capital of Italy.
For eight years, Susan worked as the pastaia at Cafe Juanita in Kirkland, WA.
