We work with the local farmers, vintners, cheesemakers, chefs and oystermen we love.
We believe in being part of a community that creates delicious, fresh, healthy food, while helping to sustain the Puget Sound's artisanal producers. We strive to showcase the best ingredients of the season with what we find delicious and inspiring from our local area.
We are very fortunate that Whidbey Island has so many great producers. We have a local cheesemonger, coffee roaster and lots of farms who help us keep our "field-to-fork" promise. We couldn't do what we do without them!
