Pasta Boy Pasta: bringing hand-made pasta to you. https://www.pastaboypasta.com
For those who frequent Orchard Kitchen, Asher and Jade have been working for us for the last three years. Asher quickly moved up in the kitchen, learning quickly from Vincent, to become a very important part of our team. Promoted last year to Chef de Partie, Asher really embraced making hand made pasta and decided to make a business out of it. Jade has been instrumental in helping with the front of house responsibilities. She’s completely cross trained as a busser and server and has been helping us with our laundry service too (we wash all our napkins in-house).
Here’s some more from the Pasta Boy himself ——
“I’m Asher Frazure, and food has always been more than just a necessity for me. It’s an expression of love and connections between people. When I conceived the idea for the Pasta Boy Pasta Food Truck, I wanted it to reflect my journey into the traditions of creating beautiful hand-made food.
My passion for food is rooted in an appreciation for traditions and the way a meal can bring people together. Every dish I prepare has a story, something passed down, a connection shared. I’ve learned that delicious food is about doing things the right way and never cutting corners.
Pasta Boy Pasta will create a place for you to get fresh, handmade plate of pasta, crafted with the same care and authenticity you might find in Nona’s kitchen. It’s about something bigger than just filling your stomach. It’s about the love I put into every dish I serve.
Pasta Boy Pasta food truck isn’t just about feeding people—it’s about feeding their souls, too.”
