Apples And Pears, Oh my!

The first round of plums have been harvested and now we are primarily picking apples and pears. We use a lot of these fruits in the kitchen. Making compotes, ice creams, sauces and syrups for patio spritzes. We also work with local cideries to turn our apples into a house O.K Cider. We have been doing this for years now and it’s the perfect beverage to carry us into fall. You can expect a glass of this before dinner in the colder months.
