We are grateful to have this land, these farmers who are on the same mission with us, and a clientele that supports us in learning and getting better at it every year.

For us at Orchard Kitchen, preserving the whole foods we produce is a vital part of our year, and preserving these traditions is more important than ever. 

As we reach the beginning of August, all the hard work of the year is coming to fruition.
