Autumn’s Treasures

Every week our farmers tell us what's ready and we build our menu off of what they say is best. There is something very special about eating with the seasons, it keeps us in the present, while always giving us something to look forward to. At the beginning of summer we crave tomatoes, cucumber, fresh greens, figs, and basil. We are filled with nervous energy as we await warmer weather and longer days. By October, our farmers will tell you they never want to see another tomato again, (Chef Vincent begs to differ) the cloudy days come as a relief, and we start relaxing into the comfort and rest of fall. This weeks harvest was full of autumn's treasures.
